The neighbors across the road were witness to the men throwing things at my house and car. I knocked on the door of 1126 Cherokee, but no one answered. I don’t know what to do. It frightened my children. We’ve asked the tenants to either move the basketball hoop from the street or to park their cars in front on it. Obviously, neither has worked. Please advise as no one knows who owns the house – he lives out of town.
