  1. Can you determine if the abandoned and blighted houses at 1321 Cambronne (blighted for ~ 7 years)and 8428 Willow Street (blighted ~ 2.5 yrs, sicne KAtrina) are scheduled for Demolition?

If not can you add them to a list? They are environmental health hazards to neighbors via airborne asbestos material and airborned lead along with potentially releasing other toxins, they decrease neighbors quality of life, they decrease property values and they are hideous.

The city of NO and the LDEW have been notified but there responsibility nad action is unknown at this point.

    PLease advise!!!

  2. Neither property is on the lists that I have seen. But I haven’t been able to find a list of adjudicated properties (those that have been taken by the City after years of unpaid taxes). The sections of the city website that are supposed to have this data don’t function properly.

If anyone knows how to acquire such a list I would like to know.

I would suggest that you call Councilwoman Midura’s office to see if they can give you some advice.
