Carrollton-Riverbend Neighborhood Association (CRNA)

The RSD has scheduled a meeting with RSD representatives, including John White, new RSD superintendent, Johnson School staff and the community on Wed., Sept. 21, at 6:00 pm, at Johnson, 1800 Monroe St.. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss RSD’s plans for Johnson and other RSD run schools.

I hope all of you are able to attend and will pass the word to your friends and neighbors.

I have attached a link to an article on NOLA.com today about Patrick Dobard, RSD Deputy Superintendent for Policy and Community. The reason I am attaching the article is the last section “Engaging the Community.” I believe we have an opportunity to begin a dialogue with RSD and Johnson staff about how we can help create a viable neighborhood school.
